Quickstart

This guide takes you from a brand-new account to completing your first session. It takes a few minutes.

Open unimatrix.westlinetechlabs.com and sign up. You can create a normal learner account, or — if you’re supporting a child — a parent account (see Parent Portal).

The first time you sign in, UniMatrix asks a few quick questions to set you up — things like your name, your country, and what you’re here to do. This is also where the platform begins to understand your starting point. You can refine all of it later in Settings and your Learning Profile.

UniMatrix runs on a credit system, and every account starts on the Free plan, which gives you 100 credits a day — enough to try everything. When you want more, you can move up to Standard, Premium, or Sovereign. See Billing & Plans for exactly what each includes. You can stay on Free for as long as you like.

Pick the feature that matches what you want to do:

  1. To understand a subject → Unilearn

Open Unilearn, choose your level (Primary through Postgraduate) and the subject you want help with. Start the session and ask your first question — or let it teach the topic step by step. See Unilearn.

  2. To build a skill → Uniskills

Open Uniskills, choose a category and skill, set your level (Absolute Beginner through Mentor & Launch), and start coaching. See Uniskills.

Work through the session — ask questions, take the quiz if one is offered, and apply what you’re learning. As you go, UniMatrix records your progress in UniTrack: what you covered, how you did, and what it’s learning about how you work best.
