Uniskills

Uniskills is your coach for real, in-demand digital skills. Where Unilearn is about academic subjects, Uniskills is about capability — the skills that change what you can build and earn.

Every skill in Uniskills is structured as a ladder, so you can start exactly where you are and grow without gaps:

LevelWhat it means
Absolute BeginnerNo prior experience — the fundamentals, explained from zero.
Beginner BuilderYou can start making real things with guidance.
CreatorYou can build complete projects with modern tools.
Pro PractitionerProfessional-grade depth, architecture, and best practice.
Mentor & LaunchLeading, shipping, and launching your own work or product.

The level you pick controls how advanced the coaching is — from “what is coding?” all the way to “building SaaS products” and “hiring and mentoring engineers.”

Uniskills covers six career-relevant categories, each with its own ladder of skills:

Technology & Development

Web, apps, APIs, databases, cloud, DevOps and system design.

Design & Creative Digital

UI/UX, branding, Figma, motion, illustration and design systems.

AI & Automation

Working with AI tools, agents, automation and AI app building.

Data & Analytics

SQL, analysis, dashboards and turning data into decisions.

Digital Business & Strategy

Marketing, monetisation, product and going to market.

Emerging Technologies

Newer frontiers and the tools shaping what’s next.

Uniskills coaching is interactive and goal-driven. Within a skill you can steer the session toward what you need:

  • Coach me — guided teaching through the skill.
  • Roadmap — a structured path showing what to learn, in what order.
  • Project idea — real things to build to practise the skill.
  • Practice — hands-on exercises to make it stick.
  • Industry Q&A — how the skill is actually used in the real world.

The coach adapts to your level and, with Attune on, to how you learn — pushing you where you’re ready and slowing down where you need it.

  1. Pick a category

Choose one of the six categories above.

  2. Choose a skill

Each category lists concrete skills, organised by level — so you can see the full path from beginner to advanced.

  3. Set your level

Select Absolute Beginner through Mentor & Launch to match the depth to you.

  4. Start coaching

Begin the session and pick how you want to work — coach me, roadmap, project, practice or Q&A.

As you work through skills, your progress is recorded in UniTrack: which skills and levels you’ve touched, what you’ve genuinely picked up, and how you’re advancing along each ladder. It’s an honest measure of capability, not just time spent.
