Files & Documents
Ask UniMatrix for a document and it builds you a real, downloadable file — not a wall of text to copy-paste. It works in Chat, UniLearn and UniSkills.
What it can create
Section titled “What it can create”| Format | What you get |
|---|---|
| Styled documents with headings, tables, quotes, numbered lists and drawn diagrams — or a full slide deck. | |
| Word (.docx) | A native Word document with real headings, bullets, numbering and shaded tables — ready to edit in Word or Google Docs. |
| PowerPoint (.pptx) | A genuine PowerPoint deck with themed slides, native charts and tables — opens straight into PowerPoint or Slides. |
| HTML / Markdown / Text / CSV | Web pages, notes, plain text and spreadsheet-ready data. |
| SVG / PNG | Vector and image assets in full colour — PNGs keep transparent backgrounds. |
Designed the way you ask
Section titled “Designed the way you ask”The look of a file comes from your request, like image generation: describe brand colours, a navy background, a serif look, bigger type — and that’s what renders. If you don’t specify a direction, tasteful defaults (or a named theme like gold, ocean or forest) take over. Diagrams — bar and pie charts, flows, timelines — render as real graphics inside PDFs and decks.
How a build runs
Section titled “How a build runs”- UniMatrix replies first — a brief note on what it’s about to create.
- The file card appears with stage labels written for your request (for example Drafting the carbon-cycle summary → Refining structure → Assembling the PDF).
- The finished file presents with a real file-type icon, a download button, and — with the Drive connector on — Save to Drive.
- A short closing note summarises what was created. No unsolicited extras.
Edits are surgical
Section titled “Edits are surgical”Ask for a correction and UniMatrix changes only what you pointed at — same design, same structure, same everything else. The card shows an Edited badge and edit-specific stages, so a fix never turns into a rebuild.
Costs and approval
Section titled “Costs and approval”File creation costs credits by weight — pages, slides, text volume and diagrams — so a one-page note and a ten-page illustrated report never cost the same. Heavier files show the cost and ask for your explicit approve or cancel before anything is charged or built. Reloading a conversation, or viewing files in a conversation someone shared with you, never re-charges.
Email drafts and calendar events
Section titled “Email drafts and calendar events”Ask for an email and it arrives as a draft card — edit the recipient, copy it, or open it in your mail app ready to send. (Sending straight from UniMatrix waits on the Gmail connector, which is not enabled yet.) Ask for an event and you get an Add to Calendar card that creates it via the Google Calendar connector, or opens a pre-filled Google Calendar page without one.
