Learning Profile

Your Learning Profile is where UniMatrix understands you as a learner. It lives inside UniTrack, and the more complete it is, the better every session becomes — because Attune uses it to teach you the way you need to be taught.

The Learning Profile gathers the context that makes teaching personal: your education level, the courses you’re taking, how you’re doing in them, and notes about how you learn. Think of it as the brief you’d give a great private tutor before they started — except UniMatrix keeps it, builds on it, and uses it every time.

You fill in your Learning Profile from its tab in UniTrack. It’s designed to be quick to start and easy to deepen over time — you don’t have to complete everything at once.

When you set your education level, UniMatrix pre-populates relevant courses for you — so instead of typing everything from scratch, you start from a sensible list that matches where you are in your education. This makes setup fast and keeps your profile aligned with what you’re actually studying.

You can also add your own courses manually, and record grades against them. This gives UniMatrix an accurate view of what you’re taking and how it’s going — which subjects are strong, which need attention — so teaching and support can focus where they matter.

The Learning Profile includes a notes system that captures useful context about you as a learner, from three sources:

  • Student notes — things you want UniMatrix to know about how you learn.
  • Parent notes — context a parent can add to help support their child.
  • Attune contributions — observations the adaptive layer gathers as you learn.

Together these build a rounded, honest picture of how you work best.

How it feeds through Attune into your sessions

Section titled “How it feeds through Attune into your sessions”

Your Learning Profile isn’t a form that sits in a drawer. It flows through Attune into your actual sessions: your level, courses, grades and notes shape how Unilearn and Uniskills teach you — the depth, the examples, the pacing, and the areas to reinforce. A richer profile means more personalised teaching.

A Connect Student Portal is planned. When it launches, it will let a student’s profile connect more directly into their learning context — deepening how UniMatrix understands and supports each learner. You’ll see it appear in the Learning Profile when it’s available.
