Family Messages
UniMatrix includes a family messaging system so support and encouragement happen in conversation, not in silence. It connects parents, learners and family — and it’s where gifts, praise and check-ins all come together.
One-to-one threads
Section titled “One-to-one threads”You can message a family member directly in a one-to-one thread — a private conversation between you and your child, or between any two linked family members. It’s the simplest way to check in, encourage, or talk about how things are going.
Family groups
Section titled “Family groups”You can also create family groups — shared conversations with several family members at once. This is where a wider family can rally around a learner together: grandparents, siblings, guardians, all in one place, celebrating progress and staying involved.
Gift cards in conversations
Section titled “Gift cards in conversations”The messaging system is connected to UniGifts, so when you send a gift, its gift card appears inside the conversation. The gift and the message arrive together — your child sees the recognition and your words in one moment, and the family can react and talk about it right there. It turns a gift into a shared family moment instead of a silent transaction.
Creating and managing groups
Section titled “Creating and managing groups”You manage your family conversations from the messaging area:
- Create a family group and give it a name.
- Add the family members you want included.
- Manage the group over time — who’s in it and how it’s used.
This lets you shape your family’s space on UniMatrix to match how your family actually works.
