Settings
Settings is where you control how UniMatrix looks, behaves, and adapts to you. Here’s every section, and what each one does.
Switch between light and dark appearance. The whole platform — including these docs — supports both, so you can use whatever’s easiest on your eyes. Your choice is remembered.
Language
Section titled “Language”UniMatrix supports multiple languages. Set your language here and the interface (and your tutor) will speak it. This is separate from the country curriculum setting in Unilearn, which controls what’s taught rather than the language it’s taught in.
Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”Control which notifications you receive and how — so you stay informed about the things you care about (progress, messages, gifts, account activity) without being overwhelmed. Turn categories on or off to match how you like to be kept in the loop.
Personalisation
Section titled “Personalisation”This is the heart of how UniMatrix adapts to you. It contains two toggles:
- Learning Profile — turns on the personalised context (your level, courses, grades and notes) that tailors teaching to you. See Learning Profile.
- Attune — turns the adaptive intelligence layer on or off. With it on, sessions adapt to how you learn; with it off, they don’t.
Account details
Section titled “Account details”Manage your account information — your name, email and the personal details tied to your account. This is also where your identity on the platform (and, for families, the link between accounts) is managed.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”From Settings you can reach your billing — your current plan, your credit allowance, and the controls to upgrade, downgrade or manage payment. The full breakdown of what each plan includes is on the Billing & Plans page.
