Billing & Plans
UniMatrix runs on a credit system. Each plan gives you a credit allowance, and using features (a tutoring session, a build, a quiz) spends credits. Every account starts free, and you only pay if you want more.
The four plans
Section titled “The four plans”Each plan is powered by an AI engine — SPARK, NOVA or ORACLE — which determines how the tutor reasons and explains. (Both Premium and Sovereign run on the most advanced engine, ORACLE; they differ in credit volume.)

What the engines mean
Section titled “What the engines mean”- SPARK is fast and efficient — great for everyday learning on the Free plan.
- NOVA is more comprehensive, with worked examples and the reasoning behind each answer.
- ORACLE is the most advanced — it goes deeper and more precisely, surfacing assumptions and organising complex topics into clear frameworks. Premium and Sovereign both use it; Sovereign simply gives you far more of it.
Billing cycles: monthly or annual
Section titled “Billing cycles: monthly or annual”You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months instead of 12, a saving of about 17%. The price charged is always in GHS (Ghana Cedis) via Paystack; any USD figure shown is a converted display estimate only.

A monthly subscription grants access for 30 days; an annual subscription grants access for 365 days.
Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”You can upgrade at any time to get a bigger engine and more credits, and downgrade when you need less. Manage this from Billing in Settings. Changes apply to your plan and credit allowance going forward.
Billing support
Section titled “Billing support”If something looks wrong with a charge, a renewal, or your credits, you can contact support for help. Reach the team via westlinetechlabs.com or the support options inside the app, and include your account email and what you’re seeing so it can be sorted quickly.
