Privacy & Your Data
This is a short, plain-language summary of how UniMatrix handles your data. It isn’t the full legal text — the complete Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available inside the app and on westlinetechlabs.com.
What UniMatrix collects
Section titled “What UniMatrix collects”- Account details — your name, email and profile information.
- Learning data — your sessions, conversations, quiz results and UniTrack records, plus your Learning Profile.
- Payment information — handled by Paystack, the payment processor. UniMatrix receives only confirmation of a successful payment; your card details are never stored by UniMatrix.
How it’s used
Section titled “How it’s used”Your data is used to run and personalise the platform — to teach you, track your progress, power Attune’s adaptation, and operate features like gifting and the Parent Portal. It is not sold.
Sharing and processors
Section titled “Sharing and processors”UniMatrix relies on a small set of trusted service providers to function — for example Paystack for payments — and shares only what each needs to do its job. Your learning content isn’t handed out beyond what’s needed to deliver the service.
Storage, security and cookies
Section titled “Storage, security and cookies”Your data is stored securely. UniMatrix uses essential session cookies for authentication only — not advertising tracking.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”You can access and manage your information, and you can delete your account. When you do, your personal data is deleted or anonymised. The policy is written with frameworks like the GDPR and CCPA in mind.
Data transfers, changes and contact
